Hi! My name is Guillermo and I am truly passionate about showing and sharing the beautiful things that Gran Canaria has to offer to curious and sensitive travelers! Being a tour guide is my life. I really enjoy my work! I have been working as a nature guide since 2004, as my first part-time job in the surroundings of Doñana National Park, in Huelva and Sevilla, where I was finishing my degree in environmental sciences. After working as a Health and safety inspector I decided that I had to spend my time and energy doing what I do best: showing all this beauty, sharing all this natural history and cultural heritage. I began as a specialised birdwatching guide; but today I can tell that the experiences that I try to deliver are the perfect blend of nature, culture, landscapes, legends and gastronomy… from endemic and unique species of flora and fauna, to the history of the first civilization that lived in this territory… all as a whole way to understand and experience the territory that we will visit. The results are always the same: priceless faces and reactions; the feeling that you have really squeezed the best out of your time in Gran Canaria, and a sentence that is repeated again and again: “I didn’t expect Gran Canaria to be like this!” Do you want to join me?
